Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Smarter Not Harder, Inc. dba Troscriptions is Smarter Not Harder, Inc. dba Troscriptions&apos;s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer&apos;s responsibility. </li><li>&#xA0;Warranties, Disclaimers. SMARTER NOT HARDER, INC. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States.
